Our Youth...

I have talked to new friends 5 and 10 years younger then me..
mostly african american male friends...
I do worry... at times who will run our country or who i hope to see make strides in our community for "US" 2020 and beyond...

The crazy thing is...my parents who are about 30 or less years older then me and still married..since 1977...
Worry about my OWN generation and what we are doing now to "TRY" and be leaders in our community..

If you are 30+ or older like me... do you worry about what your son and daughter will represent for the future of 'US' in the USofA?

Family

Everyday we wake up and do what we think is important...

For whom do you do important things for?

Yourself?

Your wife/husband/fiance'?

Your child/ren?

Your mom/dad/grandparents/folks who cared for you when you were young?

What do they mean to you?

in 2012...in this economy, a lot of family members care for other family members...

But even if they didn't financially share with them, it's important to spend quality time around that loved one(s)... it's something most desire to do...on a regular basis.

Family, can be a part of a daily routine. 

It's what helps some folks live, day to day.

Three things about family are very interesting to me.

1) We should always love them, even if we don't like them

2) Who once cared and looked out for us while we were young, we may come to care for ourselves

3) New Family bonded by love and not blood should be cared for just as much as old family bonded by blood...

I will always love my family, they have done everything they can to care for me 

But I am super excited about a new family of my own! 

Whenever God decides... I am ready :)
